MLP: Breed Genetics

I've seen a few of these floating around, and the closest one I could find that seemed like it could be accurate was Jigglypuff-Kawaii's MLP Mating Table, but I found it incredibly confusing by their assumption that Earth Pony genes are strictly dominate, even though their legend clearly depicts Derpy Hooves as having a recessive Earth Pony gene.  Therefore, I decided to make my own table that includes all possible variations of each breed.  Including dominate and recessive genes.

Now you may be wondering about the mutations legend at the bottom.  To me, these mutations are similar to genetic disorders {such as Down Syndrome or Cystic Fibrosis}, when the right {or I suppose the correct terminology would be "wrong"} two genes meet up, they produce an unsavory mutation, this is particularly common among pegasi and unicorn couples that also carry earth pony genes.  Occasionally, however, this genetic defect can also produce an Alicorn foal.

Since Flurry Heart is the only known born-Alicorn, I'm a firm believer that this is very rare and can only ever be a mutation.  I'm not saying Flurry Heart can't have foals of her own when she gets older, _{although that is my belief}, I'm just saying that Twilight Sparkle, Cadence, Celestia, & Luna do not have "PU" genes, since they were not born as Alicorns, they do not carry Alicorn genes.
